My furnace quit working, I called BTU at 7:30 in the morning, I received a call from BTU as soon as the opened, Dudley was here and that same day, got it going and it had to have a new part for permanent fix, Called yesterday, and he came and repaired it. I have had to deal with quite a lot of services through the years,,and I am happy to say,,This is the Best Company and Dudley is the guy to do the repairs! Thank you BTU! and Thank you Dudley!
Had a clog that backfilled pretty badly, Brandon and Cameron came and took care of it no issues. Ran that power snake like the pros you'd expect and were ready for anything. Absolutely will use in the future ??
We had plumbing and sewer issues. BTU was excellent! Work was done quicken, mess all cleaned up I have nothing but praise for Dave, Dudley and crew! We also had A/c installed and are loving it !! Don’t hesitate to call these guys. They are the best. I have been using them exclusively for over 30 years and they ALWAYS are prompt and professional !
