My furnace quit working, I called BTU at 7:30 in the morning, I received a call from BTU as soon as the opened, Dudley was here and that same day, got it going and it had to have a new part for permanent fix, Called yesterday, and he came and repaired it. I have had to deal with quite a lot of services through the years,,and I am happy to say,,This is the Best Company and Dudley is the guy to do the repairs! Thank you BTU! and Thank you Dudley!

Called Dudley on Sunday about a bad forced air furnace him and his crew were there the very next day installing a brand new one after they had already installed one at somebody else's house, very proffesional very quick. Work was all tidy and neatly done. Need anything done give btu a call and it will get done right. 5 STARS amazing job guys, thanks again.

This winter when the temperatures were in the single digits my 30 yr old furnace stopped working. I called BTU. They removed my non working furnace and installed a high efficiency, space saving unit that provides both heat and hot water. My home is comfortable again.
