Best decision of my life! I absolutely love my Victory Closet. The entire experience was fantastic. I worked with John to help design the perfect layout for my space. He re-designed it several times and I never once felt like that bothered him. I took a while to make a decision and John checked in every once in a while but was never pushy. No pressure at all. Mark did the installation. He arrived on time, quickly removed the existing wire shelving and did the instillation. He was polite and the work was perfect. Zero mess to clean up after. Very happy with the experience of working with Victory Closets. John was excellent with his communication and design, always prompt to respond and understanding of my needs and wants. Mark, the installer, was also excellent: respectful of my home, very neat, clean, friendly and efficient. The quality is excellent. So thrilled with the outcome! Highly recommend.

One word says it all - FABULOUS!!! From wonderful customer service to design and quality, Victory has it all. We got several quotes and met with other designers before selecting Victory but they stood out from all the others. Not only a better price but nicest design and added small touches that go a long way! We would highly recommend and love our new closet!
