I really don’t have much good to say. I wanted to build a relationship with this company knowing they were right down the street from my work. I purchased an old Jacuzzi Spa from a friend. The tub was old and needed a filters and skimmer baskets. I originally scheduled to have the spa serviced. After many weeks and service guy rescheduling me twice and moving me back to further dates I decided to cancel. Not a big deal I’ll just get filters myself and just service it my self. Tub was running good. I asked multiple times for filters and they kinda just blew me off. I was willing to pay top dollar to have my Jacuzzi operating perfectly. Then my heater blew up and I asked if they can get me a heater. They said sure no problem. Then they told me they can’t do it because they can’t get parts for whirlpool jacuzzi tubs. Ok… i ended up calling jacuzzi they sent me to another company to get me new discontinued parts for my spa. I ordered the new parts. I’m happy. But shame on the parts sales man for not being able to spend time to please a possible good customer. They could of called the same company that I found and could of ordered me parts and marked it up some for the service of getting parts…. This place seems like they only wanted to sell you a tub and not help you after. I did not buy the tub from them. One day I was planning to upgrade after the jacuzzi. But now I’m not sure if I’ll buy from them. Service is everything. Especially in the business of luxury. I hope to see this business fix these issues. 1 out of 5 stars.
