“Windows installed exactly one month ago to the day. They left windows unframed due to an error, and told us the day of installation they would return the following day to correct. Never did. They never reached out to us to schedule or correct the issue. All communication has started on our end. We were told "The first week in December", no one came. Then "Thursday or Friday at noon", then when no one came at noon on Friday it was "1-3pm Friday" again no one came. Other projects have taken priority over the promised "fifteen minutes of work" to finish our jobs. The customer service rep (Trent) laughed when I said the gaps in the wall pose a safety risk to our children and pets. sales rep Jeff cannot seem to get the story straight as to when the project will be complete. The company made no effort to complete the task on the days promised, despite us having to make arrangements to be present when nobody shows.“
