Windows installed exactly one month ago to the day. They left windows unframed due to an error, and told us the day of installation they would return the following day to correct. Never did. They never reached out to us to schedule or correct the issue. All communication has started on our end. We were told "The first week in December", no one came. Then "Thursday or Friday at noon", then when no one came at noon on Friday it was "1-3pm Friday" again no one came. Other projects have taken priority over the promised "fifteen minutes of work" to finish our jobs. The customer service rep (Trent) laughed when I said the gaps in the wall pose a safety risk to our children and pets. sales rep Jeff cannot seem to get the story straight as to when the project will be complete. The company made no effort to complete the task on the days promised, despite us having to make arrangements to be present when nobody shows.

We have worked with him on several projects now and he always delivers.. He keeps us updated throughout the process which is very helpful when we’re working with deadlines. He has helped take some of the stress of dealing with customers off of us as well by meeting and discussing the products… As long as Jacin continues to sell to us we will continue to push customers to select Pella for all of their needs..

We enjoyed working with Jeff, Don and the entire Pella State College team! We experienced issues with cold air drafting in from the French door that was originally installed in our home when it was built – but our new Pella door not only looks great but also has absolutely no cold air getting in – thanks again!
