Theresa is an amazing yoga instructor. Her classes and workshops have helped my understanding of yoga - and of myself unfold. She is attentive to everything. Her way of teaching, pacing of class, assists and hands on alignments are incredibly helpful. It's inspiring to study with her. I think this is because she's not only an excellent teacher but clearly lives yoga as a way of life. She seems to see everything. And when she comes over to help me with a flow or give an alignment assist, I find myself exploring new territory in the art of movement and of living with a relaxed and peaceful energy. Can't recommend her enough.

I've been attending their weekly Level 1 course for the past month at this location in Boalsburg. The class has been fantastic. I was anxious about moving from Basic to Level 1, but Morgan, the instructor, has been wonderful. The historic building in which the class is located is beautiful; the room quite lovely, beautiful wooden floor and walls with just the right amount of lighting. Morgan, and the entire crew of TriYoga instructors, have been amazing. Patient, understanding, talented, and incredibly helpful. I'm looking forward to an exciting year of growth and opportunities in 2022.
