“Ellie is meticulous! I am so picky about my manicures, and she not only takes fabulous care of me, she also has healed my nails after disastrous ($$$) manis in NYC. I haven’t been happy with most pedicures I’ve gotten around town, and have even gotten infections some places. But they are super diligent about cleanliness and sanitizing. I highly recommend the Signature Pedicure!

Joe somehow tames my teenaged son’s crazy, bushy hair, and I absolutely love that he walks out of the salon clearly feeling happy and confident — something Joe is brilliant at pulling out of him!

“I drove over an hour from Huntingdon to come here for a balayage and I’m here to tell you I would drive 10 hours to get my hair done here! The environment, from the second I walked in the door, was so inviting. I felt like I could be myself and I didn’t feel out of place. My service was beyond what I ever could have expected. For my pedi, she added a filler to my big toenails that are small from surgery, and she made look so good and natural!

“I can’t remember the girls name that did my hair but I have natural curly hair and very long she had a hard time I kind of felt bad but she used a comb in my hair lol probably would’ve helped if she would’ve tried a pic first but whatever overall she did a great job kind of expensive I get my sons haircut they are a lot which doesn’t cost much but they charge you by the length of your hair which I get that ended up being a $60 visit 40 for the haircut and 20 for tap she like I said used a comb instead of a peck so of course she yanked my hair gave me one hell of a headache I almost started to scream but didn’t overall though she did exactly what I wanted you know most of them places you go to get your haircut you tell them to take an inch off they take a foot lol she was excellent except for the hair pulling“

“I’ve fairly new to the area and wanted to find a place that did eyebrow threading. There are basically no choices in State College except for Leila’s. I had a great experience. Leila threaded my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. I didn’t need an appt and had no wait time. She was very friendly and did a great job. Prices are not bad either. $17 for eyebrow threading.“
