This plumber did a great job fixing our outside water faucet. It was a very hot day but he had it done by noon.
It has been awhile since we had a professional plumber do anything at our location so we were surprised at the actual cost for 5 hours of work. We can afford this cost but not sure about other people.
First of all....I would give 1 tom plumbing 6 stars out of 5 if I could....from the initial phone call to contact your service..to the technician..Mr. Dan Kruper..all 6 stars!!...HELPFUL, EFFICIENT, GET IT DONE ATTITUDE, AND REASONABLY PRICED...let's gooooooo..I did not know anything about 1 tom plumbing when I called...but..you can be assured I will be passing your card on to all of my friends....thank you 1 tom plumbing...thank you kind lady that took my phone call...thank you Dan Kruper for being so great...please find Dan's card and my gift plunger for special shout out to my great techie!!
Our drain sump pump went bad while doing a load of laundry. Water everywhere. One Tom Plumber came out on emergency call. While late in the day they had to take care of it the next day. Tristan (I think) was great, here on time, cleaned up and was done with in a half hour after having to run for the new pump.
