Dom was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He actually showed up a few minutes before the appointment which is very rare. Although taken back of the quote at first, it turned out to be a great deal because the “small” project was bigger than expected. We were very pleased with how it turned out.
Well, we got off to a rocky start, but after talking with the manager, I at least understand the logic behind the technicians suggestions. I still will not be having the drain cleaning done at this time, but I certainly give the customer support and outreach a big thumbs up for the clarification. I will at least consider them again in the future If I l need their services.
Dan Kruper did a great job at my house over the last couple of days. He fixed my kitchen faucet and re-plumbed my drain in laundry room. He was very friendly as well. He’s a good guy to have on your team.
