I cannot thank Kristen and the facility enough for the positive changes they are helping me make. Society teaches men from a young age that therapy is something to be ashamed of or embarrassed about, but I have to say that Kristen and the rest of her associates have made me feel nothing but comfortable and relaxed through this entire process. I am completely comfortable talking and sharing with her, I don't feel any type of judgement, and I know I will continue to make positive progress through this process. This facility and its founder are both amazing additions to the community. From the women's retreat nights, to the free grief groups, and the life-changing therapy, it is a truly magical place full of good vibes and healing energy. Kristen knows her craft well...she truly does want to help people and will do anything in her power to do so. I am forever grateful to her and the facility for what she has done for my family already. I feel so blessed to have met her and been a part of her journey thus far, and I am so glad to call her my friend as well. I have no doubt she will continue to help people heal and find their true purpose for many years to come. #youaremagic

This Center is AMAZING! Life coach Kristen has a trustworthy demeanor that makes it easy to open up to her and get working on elevating yourself to the next level. Aside from personal coaching services I’ve also attended many of the events, including the monthly free grief group therapy sessions which have been the catalyst to the start of my healing process after years of thinking “I’m fine”. You will not regret booking sessions with Kristen or attending the events she sets up every month. I am grateful for this center and everyone I’ve met through it.
