Absolutely treated horribly by the front desk person named heather. She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude and offensive. I am only giving it 2 stars because the doctors and nurses are absolutely kind and awesome, front desk people AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dr. Sechuk is a newer doctor here and I had a great first experience. He was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend, they also provided my flu shot on site during my appointment and saved me the extra trip.

I got in today for a new patient appointment and a physical with Nurse Practitioner Alena Blain. She was very friendly and addressed all my health concerns in a professional matter. The nurse who saw me prior to the NP was also very attentive, as well as the entire front desk/checkout staff. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen considering the amount of patients coming in and out. I’m not sure why this practice has some poor reviews when I had such a great experience today! I highly recommend!

Might be time to hire more receptionist. I called in and waited 33 minutes to request a referral... Idk who has that kind of time to waste!? But don't worry, because if you tell them how long you waited to speak to someone (forget customer service), they hang up on you on the spot and you get to start over anyways.

What a shame that people in customer service don’t know how to interact with the customers, you wait for 20 min to talk to someone, then they are so rude to reply and no action is taken as well after the fact. I told them I want to talk to the dr for what blood orders were placed? I see the order come in and not for the reason I was seeing the dr. The person on the phone said I heard you mam already, I will have Dr call you. Nobody called and today my appointment is cancelled for no reason. I am not going back.

I saw Dr. Maryum Gill for a physical. This was my first and last visit. I am in generally good health and I left feeling like I was the sickest person on earth. Dr. Gill ordered 6 referrals to various specialists, including x rays, physical therapy, an orthopedic specialist and a gastroenterologist. Dr. Gill seemed to have no regard for what I was communicating, and wanted me to make another appointment in two weeks to . I then found out later that a prescription was ordered without my approval to a pharmacy that is over a half hour away from where I live. I even waited in the office after I saw Dr. Gill for over a half hour because I wasn't informed to even check out. My annual physical took over two hours and what should have been just a routine check up tuned into an absolute farse. I would not recommend anyone going here they are just going to try to bleed you dry and only care about money.
