Absolutely treated horribly by the front desk person named heather. She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude and offensive. I am only giving it 2 stars because the doctors and nurses are absolutely kind and awesome, front desk people AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Dr. Sechuk is a newer doctor here and I had a great first experience. He was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend, they also provided my flu shot on site during my appointment and saved me the extra trip.
I got in today for a new patient appointment and a physical with Nurse Practitioner Alena Blain. She was very friendly and addressed all my health concerns in a professional matter. The nurse who saw me prior to the NP was also very attentive, as well as the entire front desk/checkout staff. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen considering the amount of patients coming in and out. I’m not sure why this practice has some poor reviews when I had such a great experience today! I highly recommend!
