I had deep concerns with the quality of my fence install. I had pickets falling off and it would sway in the wind terribly. I was deeply disappointed.
When I reached out they were more than willing to come out and redo the install. This is why they get 5 stars from me. Being in the industry myself I know what matters more than the sale, install, or (in some cases) product is the after care. Things happen and that’s okay when you’re willing to make it right. For them to come out and do this spoke volumes to me. This shows they take pride in their work and they care about the customer experience. I would recommend this company.
