Short version: Had to cancel due to start date getting continually pushed back, and now cannot get my deposit back.
Long version: I had Drew come out at the end of September 2023 to assess water damage in my house from water leaking in from outside, likely from combination of improperly installed siding and gutter. We came to an agreement on scope of project and cost, and I gave him a deposit in early October with expectation of work starting by end of the month. He kept pushing the start date back, until the very end of December when I decided to go with someone else who was able to start in January. Never showed canceled several times charged me 149$ a month but never cleaned my home. Now the will not let me cancel
