During the day it’s pretty much all adults…very chill vibe everyone minds their buisness. If you go anytime after 8pm….its all teenagers running around horsing around. Two teenage girls were walking around with blankets on tonight running back and fourth to the boxing room upstairs and teenage boys hogging all the cable machines doing literally not One workout. Guess you just have to make time during the day or it’s just not the place to be unless you’re 15
This is a person-centered facility with amazing staff and group classes that are tops. The instructors (Michelle, Kelly, TA, Celeste) are all fantastic and I can’t say ENOUGH about Kathi Abati and her classes made extra special just because of her, she is inspirational, engaging with all members and is just the best! She is a dynamo!
Great gym that I would recommend to anyone no matter there skill level when it comes to fitness/ exercise this gym is for everyone with its loads of activities and high quality equipment.
