The whole team at Ferguson is incredible. When you're grieving and muddled, they know just what to say and do. They are extremely responsive, doing everything to ensure that your wishes, and the wishes of your loved one, are honored. They know what you need before you need it, and guide without pushing. I was very happy with services I received from James Ferguson Funeral Home. Melissa was not only compassionate in her response but managed to provide turnkey service, coordinating both with another funeral home out of state and the cemetery. At a time where processing a loss is difficult my mind was put at ease immediately. I never felt I was pushed to buy more than what I wanted, although I felt she did a great job presenting what was available. I had to work over the phone and email, but Melissa coordinated everything beautifully for an intimate funeral and burial in Pennsylvania while providing guidance for a memorial church service in Virginia.
