“We have had these windows installed for 7 years. They were recommended to me by the contractor we had used for siding and doors. He had them in his own house and said he felt they were good. So I went with these. We have 14 of these windows in our house. They do what they are supposed to do. We have no leaks. We didn't go with anything crazy, just standard double hung windows. They tilt in for easy cleaning. They tilt in easily. We had one window, the lower portion of the window that got a haze inside between the panes. The haze kept spreading. I called the home supply store the windows were purchased through. She asked me to email her a picture of the sticker on the side of the pane and the haze in the glass. I did and she then contacted ViWinco. The company immediately sent me a replacement pane to put in. i now have a window free of defects. In other reviews I saw issues with customer service, I had no problems but my issue was handled through the home supply store who ordered them in for me. We have no sharp edges or weird problems. The windows lock well. Are they the best of the best, no. Do they let in a cold draft when the wind blows, No they do not. The last place we rented that did happen. These don't do that. If I touch the window when it's 20 outside, is the glass cold, yes. But they aren't drafty. They come with double locks on the larger windows and single locks on my two smaller windows. The screens are nice but I wish the holes were smaller and tighter. It can let very small bugs in at night. But for the average home owner these are nice functional windows.“

“Great team installed a second floor window while another was removing an 84" window in the first floor powder room and replacing it w/ a slider that is much more appropriate.Other window installers didn't want to be bothered framing in half the wall, insulating, adding sheet rock and siding on the outside to reduce a window They're dependable, fast, cleaned up . We're very pleased with the result and wouldn't think of calling anyone else in the future! Their price was a bit lower than competition.Can't think of anything negative.“
