They very kindly squeezed me in when I broke my glasses and needed an eye exam in a rush. And then helped me find a place that had my lenses already in stock! Very grateful for their help and kindness.

Horribly incompetent people. Called for an emergency appointment at Birdsboro office and was scheduled at the Wernersville location. Gave office our insurance plan info and was told no problem. Drove 45 minutes to office in Wernersville and was told they do not accept either of the TWO full coverage insurance plans that we already Informed them we had during the appointment scheduling. They kept us waiting another half hour and said they would see us onlyif we paid a $75 office visit fee upfront. I asked them to bill us because they initially said they took our insurance and so I did not bring a checkbook with me to the visit. They refused my wife any medical care as she sat there in pain without payment up front for the office visit after THEY said they took the insurance that we had. We wasted so much time with them between the scheduling, the driving and the sitting there waiting, only to be refused medical treatment, that we couldn't get an appointment with a real doctor's office until the next day. Total and absolute incompetence on their part. they are horrible people. Refused a patient in miserable eye pain any medical care because they were worried about getting a $75 office visit fee. They were presented with a current picture ID and two current and in force medical plans that fully covered The patient. DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! If you need eye care go to EYE CONSULTANTS OF PENNSYLVANIA. They are the polar opposite of these morons. Had an excellent experience with them. Totally professional, on the ball and excellent care at EYE CONSULTANTS OF PENNSYLVANIA.

Love the eye doctors here. They were very helpful and patient teaching all of my children how to use contacts.
