Extremely understanding, excellent customer service. We had been without heat for quite a while and we're having trouble finding someone who could help us. Brian was empathetic and got us back up and running quickly. When I had a follow up question they were quick to answer and check back in with us to ensure we weren't having any further issues.

We had our furnace and AC system replaced by this company. The owners Al and Jim did a great Fast and reasonably priced work. There removal crew was top notch and very carefully taking out old duct work and the furnace. The new furnace runs like a champ . Our AC has never been so good. I put my name on their work . We had an emergency kitchen faucet issue. We attempted to repair it ourselves, but after taking it apart we realized that we needed a new faucet installed. After hours, we called Baumgardner’s Plumbing and Mechanical. I can’t begin to say enough about their customer service. They answered after hours and were here the next morning at 8am with a new faucet and installed it in less than an hour. No, I am not related to the Baumgardner family, and they did not ask me to review. But, rest assured, we will call them again when we need help, and we highly recommend them!
