I would never go anywhere else but Willow Park Pools for any of my pool needs. They are so helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pool. I love this store! They have come through for me every time I had an issue or a question. And they never made me feel “dumb “ when I asked them anything.

Very Happy customer, bought the Hotsprings Envoy which is a phenomenal hot tub for the money. There was a hiccup with delivery but I have to say they went above and beyond to make it right. They will now have my loyalty for many years to come! They could have very easily not been helpful but they were extremely responsive, listened, and resolved the issue essentially a day later. I have not seen customer service like that in years. I would strongly recommend Willow Park for your next purchase! They won my trust and respect and that is rare these days! Mark and the team are great.

From the very beginning, I was dealing with Mark on the purchase of my 30ft round aluminum pool .. he walked me through the process and also recommended a pool installation service crew, Tom Quigley, from Lehighton, a very good outfit .. I purchased a few extras for the pool, and Mark was there to help ... everyone at Willow Park Pools has been very helpful , I am very pleased and will continue doing buisness with them in the future .. thank you, Mark, and the Willow Park pool employees .?
