I work from home and have had a long-term problem (5+ years) with my internet connection losing the signal on and off multiple times a day. It was maddening to say the least! I've had internet providers to my home on multiple occasions to try to fix the issue with no results. They're the place to go for tech support. Next time I've a problem, I'm going here. I've dealt with Dell online, attempted to deal with ASUS, and had a number of bad experiences at Best Buy. This is the first place to say they wouldn't charge unless they got it right. With flexible hours and a friendly group of people working there. While best buy was pushing their warranties and wasting my time and money with random diagnoses, these guys got it right the first time. The only down side? They're located in an unlabeled building. Trust the address and go inside to ask for valley computer service. Definitely worth the trouble.
