I work from home and have had a long-term problem (5+ years) with my internet connection losing the signal on and off multiple times a day. It was maddening to say the least! I've had internet providers to my home on multiple occasions to try to fix the issue with no results. I had almost given up until I decided to reach out to John and his team for one last try to fix the problem. I was skeptical at first but the moment John walked through my door to provide a quote he made me feel confident that he could resolve my issue. Here is what I loved about Valley Computer Service: 1) Honesty - John was 100% honest about what he thought was the root cause of the problem. He also provided alternative reasons for the potential problem and even let me know that it was caused by one thing in particular that he could not resolve it. In a situation like this, you want to know the WHOLE truth and I really appreciated his candor. In addition, John honored my original labor price quote without me even asking him to do so even though their team spent several additional hours in fixing my problem beyond the original quote. 2) Knowledge - John was very knowledgeable. He was familiar with my issue and knew how to resolve it. 3) Reliability - Valley Computer solved my issue 100%! I waited to write a review to ensure that I would not have any issues. One month later, I have not even lost my internet connection once!! When you consider that in the past it would go in and out multiple times a day - I was very impressed! John told me he could resolve my problem and he did. 4) Communication -John showed up to take care of the issues and kept me informed about the entire process. Even when the equipment did not come in on time, I always knew what was going on and when I could expect a resolution. And, most importantly, he took the time to explain in a way that I could understand it all the reasons for the problems, the potential solutions, and the options that I could choose based on what was the ideal solution. John also even provided alternative solutions that might be less expensive so I could weigh my options and make the choice that best fit what I was trying to accomplish and my budget. When recommending some hardware to help me fix the problem, he even provided me with model numbers and names of the equipment so that I could look up reviews on the equipment myself. I would highly recommend Valley Computer Service and would call them anytime I had a need for their services. I was extremely pleased with their honesty, knowledge, reliability, and communication. And, best of all, I am overjoyed at the results!

They're the place to go for tech support. Next time I've a problem, I'm going here. I've dealt with Dell online, attempted to deal with ASUS, and had a number of bad experiences at Best Buy. This is the first place to say they wouldn't charge unless they got it right. With flexible hours and a friendly group of people working there. While best buy was pushing their warranties and wasting my time and money with random diagnoses, these guys got it right the first time. The only down side? They're located in an unlabeled building. Trust the address and go inside to ask for valley computer service. Definitely worth the trouble.
