I have never required computer repair or service, so when I finally did, I didn't really know where to go or what to do. Found this service through Google, and I have to say I could not be happier with the service I received. The owner is polite, knowledgeable, and offered a constant and great amount of customer service and updates to progress. He breathed new life into my decade old and dying laptop, and now it is better than when I got it, LITERALLY like brand new. 100/10 service! This guy knows what he is doing and what he is talking about. My only regret is not knowing about him sooner. Mr. Hovancik, you are the best at what you do! Thanks again!

Excellent service Took my malfunctioning laptop to Jim and he had it ready in two days. He replaced my bad hard drive with a new SSD drive, which made it load faster than ever. He tried to save all my data but the old disc was too badly damaged and he could only save a fraction of it. I took another bad laptop to him last year and he was able to save everything that I needed from it. I would recommend him to anyone that has a desktop or laptop problem. He goes above and beyond with service at a fair price.
