“I live in an HOA community and they recently had their contractors (not Valley Peak) up on all of our roofs and a few days later I saw shingles on my yard along with another important part from the roof. They returned to fix the areas, but I grew concerned with their quality of work being that parts of my roof never came off nor had issues until these guys started fiddling with it.

I reached out to Valley Peak asking if they could provide a roof assessment just for peace of mind that my roof was in good shape after all of this.
They were very nice and said they would be happy to come out with their drone and take a look at no charge, too. I called on Wednesday and they came out on Friday.
I just met with Gunnar today and it took minutes for him to complete his assessment and show me his photos/findings. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty and kindness. I feel so much relief from having done this.
