The best gym i have been too in the lehigh valley. The staff are all friendly and kind. The gym sanitary and always operational. I feel comfortable working out here as a female. Great price for monthly membership as well.

The gym is pretty well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm disappointed because I wanted to freeze my membership for a couple months, after being a member here for 2.5 years, and they wouldn't allow it since I don't have a medical reason. Yet other PFs (most, apparently) do allow members to freeze their memberships for any reason. The restrictions on freezing are apparently defined by individual franchisees. I think I should have been allowed to freeze my membership without a doctor's note and that's the reason I am deducting stars.

Haven’t been to a gym in many years and had a bit of anxiety about going.
Have to say today was my first time going and Alyssa at the front desk was so nice and inviting.
Whatever I asked her she answered with a smile and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
I like the laid back atmosphere here as well. It wasn’t too crowded at all during a time when I would have expected it to be.
Was able to get on all the machines I wanted without hesitation.
So happy I decided to take a chance and finally go. I have a feeling I am really going to like it here.
