Professional and friendly staff. The office (old house) is really interesting and offers a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. I’m so grateful for this place and how it has benefitted my life tremendously.

We’re able to take my bf and I on quick notice. Everyone was super nice and helpful they even offered coffee and water. After checking in I was able to leave in the next 20-25 minutes. Everything was super fast. Love the atmosphere here. I commend the whole team :)

We are traveling through from California. We were seeking the vaccine for monkeypox...and Novus reaches out to the community for STI services and the like. We actually went to the office in Lehighton (who works with the Bethlehem office). The staff there was AMAZING. Friendly, welcoming. They actually coordinated getting enough vaccines for our friends from the BEthlehem office to make our appointment in Lehighton. So incredible. They take seriously, their care for the community and want to help and be the resource for sexual health. Thank you thank you. All communities could do well to have such dedication and presence as a health resource.
