Ted was extremely helpful when I explained that we needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Within a few hours of my initial contact, the work was done and the cost was reasonable.
EVERYTHING about Mr Kirby Plumbing is fantastic!! I've had their service tech - Ryan- here twice for different plumbing problems I was having. He was extremely professional. He explained everything to me, showed me what he was doing and WHY. Really took the time to make me feel "in the loop" which I really appreciated. He was on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up! Ted the owner is very nice. He also did an outstanding job of explaining what I needed and WHY. He was able to schedule me quickly,and get the jobs done at an outstanding price. I would highly recommend Mr Kirby Plumbing for ANY of your plumbing needs.
Several years ago I had a leaky water heater. What a mess!! It was New Year Eve day. I called Kirby. They were at my house in no time at all. Replaced the water heater. Followed up with the lifetime guarantee I had at the time. Whenever I have a water issue I call them. I trust them. Kirby has a great crew and they do great work!
