I recommended this practice to a friend and saw the negative reviews so I thought I'd share my positive experience. I've been going here for about 8 years & I've never had a problem with the front desk or my practitioner. Michelle has helped me with my skin in various phases of my life & I even kept going to her during a point when they were OUT of network for me -but they were always upfront about this and the payments requires. It's unfortunate to see that others haven't shared the same experience, but I will continue to come here as long as I live in the area.
