One Rude receptionist and apathetic nurse. They are quick to threaten you with being kicked out if you show signs of mental or medical issues. Psych is good and cory is an amazing social worker.

They dropped my adult son abruptly after he had a mental health crisis requiring hospitalization. They claimed that we agreed to this, claimed it was in his best interests, and when we complained about it they sent a form letter that felt like a smack in the face. They refused to take him back or even speak to us on the phone after this happened. They had been doing a good job with him, and made a lot of progress and a lot of promises. Why would a place that deals specifically with mentally ill individuals be surprised when a mentally ill individual has a mental health crisis? Why is this reason to eject someone from the program? Absolutely Appauled and dissapointed at service provided when i actually was in need. Went in for a referral from psych and then had a recent hospital visit only to be turned away for “not fitting the program” even though they were setting me up with a psych referral and the therapist the day prior to being in the hospital, after visit they basically just up and dropped me- saying i would not “be fit to return”
Basically CYA city- if you need help it can be useful but overall far too narrowly directed and many people cannot benefit from this program because of the way it functions. Me being one of them! I was benefiting- like i said. They claim that they saw...read full review
