They took great care to prep the house—protecting floors, containing dust, and minimizing mess throughout the process—and cleaned up when the job was done. Jim Dewire and Sons have completed two projects at our home, and we have been extremely pleased with their work both times. Most recently, they added a porch to our front entrance, and the workmanship was excellent—carefully constructed, well-finished, and thoughtfully integrated with the existing structure of our home. Their employees are clearly skilled professionals and were consistently respectful, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the project. They are very conscientious and do not consider a job complete until they are fully satisfied with the quality of the work. I needed a job done repairing a water damaged rotted wood area on our front door frame. I had called a handyman business who told me I might have to replace the whole door and frame. When I called Jim Dewire and Sons, I spoke to Eric who came in a few days to give me an estimate. For a few hundred dollars he repaired it and it looks great. If I need any more work done around my home, I will definitely call them!
