Hawk Music Center Inc. offers quality work at reasonable prices. Their setup services are highly praised, with a customer's used guitar being perfectly set up. However, communication and turn-around times may be lacking. Despite this, the business is still recommended for its great service and is worth supporting.

Thank you again for the help on my guitar. This guy does honest work and I'm thankful he's making the name Hawk Music live on. This is legit Bethlehem PA music history here, a name trusted to service musicians of the Lehigh Valley for several generations and going. \\m/
I bought my first guitar from the original Hawk location in the Westgate Mall, so I really appreciate seeing that legacy continue. That said, Jason is a truly world‑class guitar tech. The fret work he did on my Strat is outstanding—absolutely top tier. I’ll be trusting him with all of my guitar repairs from now on. They also have a great selection of both vintage and new guitars, plus pedals. A must‑visit shop for any guitarist.
