Highly recommend for carpet cleaning as they do a good job and use low tox products to do it. I added on a tile grout cleaning, but wasn’t satisfied when I saw it done. BUT I contacted them about it and the customer service was great! They offered to make it right and I’m happy with the result.
They also were able to schedule me for Monday even though we called on Friday! Prompt scheduling even before a holiday, and staff are professional and kind.
I hardly leave reviews but after such a great experience, I had to. This is such a great company! Customer service was pleasant. The scheduler (Tatiana) was extremely flexible and the technician (Mr. Hayes) was very kind and a great conversationalist!
Mr. Hayes was able to get a stain out of my mattress that had been there for over two years! He was very thorough and made sure he didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied. Highly recommend this service! Non-toxic cleaning products were a huge plus. 10 out of 10!
