Dr. Julia is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been dealing with constant fibromyalgia pain for 10 years, and after just my first myofascial release session with her my pain was noticeably reduced. She is so kind, knowledgeable and understanding, and I love the holistic approach she takes to my treatment—in addition to MFR she has also shown me exercises I can do at home to reduce my pain. In my decade of experience seeing various doctors and PTs, I can confidently say none have been as warm and welcoming as Dr. Julia. I enjoy every session and look forward to continuing my treatment with her!

I sought Dr. Julia's pelvic floor PT services after the birth of my second child. I feel like the postpartum period is such a fragile, sensitive time and I couldn't have felt more cared for or understood! She is so knowledgeable and such a fantastic resource in the community, in pelvic health but also in general health and wellbeing.

I was having some medical issues which I was having challenges in resolving.I was turned onto Dr. Julia through my functional medicine doctor. While working with her, I discovered so many things about my body and she is playing a huge role in me reclaiming my health. Through her guidance, I am learning that my issues are all connected. It is refreshing to have someone not dismiss your symptoms, but to validate and to help with real, practical, holistic solutions. I look forward to my sessions with her as I get to discover so much to help on my overall health journey.
