Love Bethlehem Smiles. I do not like dentists. I have a fear since breaking my jaw. However, Dr. Owens is spectacular!!! No judgement, she only has solutions. Never makes you feel any sort of way. We moved, but I am thinking of still commuting just to remain a patient here.

The people are nice and they do a good job. I just don't understand why they keep changing how they collect my out of pocket charges. After the first visit, they sent me the bill within a couple weeks with the option to pay online. After the second visit, it took a couple months to get the bill and I couldn't pay online. After the third visit, they made me pay right then and there. Maybe it has something to do with my insurance company. I don't know, but I wish they were more consistent with the billing, so that I would know what to expect.

Everything about Bethlehem Smiles is worth 5 stars. Dr Clark and the entire staff especially Tegra my hygienist are totally professional as well as thorough friendly and kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
