I want to give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Service Manager, who personally came out to fix a problem with my 1 year old furnace. She was so thorough, cleaned the furnace & the big mess around the area that occurred when soot exploded out, took her time & checked & rechecked everything to be sure we would have no more problems. She definitely values her customers & takes pride in her work; something that is very hard to find these days. Thank you Kelly!!!

Cory and Q did a great job with my boiler maintenance. The we very professional and gave advice on how to keep my unit running efficiently. The also described precursors to watch for which could lead to serious problems if not corrected. They worked in a timely manner and were very polite.

Air Professionals Inc does our furnace and air conditioner maintenance year in and year out. The technicians are always on time or early (they always call before they arrive, and if they are ahead of schedule they always ALWAYS ask if early is OK before they come), polite, professional, knowledgeable and good at what they do. If its raining they wear plastic bootees in the house to keep it clean! They don't even mind stupid questions about the functioning of the furnace, AC or thermostat.
