I have attended kickboxing & women's self defense here and this gym is the real deal. The instructors are competitors, with years of experience and knowledge. If you are interested, if you want to learn or get better, this is the place. Put in the work and you will grow your self respect here.

Zach is a wealth of knowledge, and has created not just an amazing gym in Bethlehem, but also a network of amazing black belts throughout PA.
