Had Brubakers clean my mini split a/c units. Very professsional in setting up appointment and reminder, also update that technician was on his way. Brent did a good job. Thank you, I will recommend your services to others.
I contacted JEB this AM and requested service to repair a broken bolt on the bottom of a toilet. Mr. Brubaker set up an appointment the same day with his employee Brent. Brent was prompt and courteous. He answered all questions that I asked and even went as far as explaining what he had to do to fix my toilet. His work was excellent and he went above board to help me out. He is a top-notch employee
Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they brought it in for well under what was quoted. I could not be more pleased with the customer service offered by Brent, the technician. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone.
Brubaker was called back for a different problem some weeks later. Once again, the service was exceptional, the bill was very reasonable for all of the work Brent did. We are very happy new customers.
