The studio has expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & breath work. Hallmarks of a great yogi. By walking around during the practice, they utilize their perception/ experience to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. A special shout out to Jesse and Alicia. Both have the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable and informative. Also one of the rare studios that leverages the power of music into the sessions. They even host a “metal” yoga event. Fun stuff. Highly recommend this place
This is such a lovely yoga studio with very skilled teachers. Great sequencing and cueing and very welcoming no matter which class you take. Mariah may be my favorite teacher in all of PA!
I have been going to Yoga Inovations four years now. They don't have an instructor that isn't great. I am 77 years old. If you want to feel younger you have to try Yoga Inovations.
