Pricing is fair however one of the barbers does what they want for your hair and disregards what you asked for not even doing close to what you want. Even with comments mid-cut made asking to not have hair cut your voice is disregarded. Will not return.

I called the police after i immediately got up after unnamed girl with full armed tattoos spent 4 minutes cutting my didn't touvh my top, when i told her that, she said you want it shorter? i said you didnt even touch the top, i want it layered or feathered, she siad you dont have to be a jerk. i was walking out, there was one customer there, i complained to him as i was walking out, he said " Get out of here or im going to kick your vass. Then she said, "Yea, get out of here OLD MAN". When police came, one of the vOfficrers named Weister tghreatened to arrest me for not paying for haircut!!!!!! Im consulting a lawyer, i went to police department seeking info on 1) filing a complaint against officer 2) finding out hoe i can see report 3) what is the civilian authority overseeing Bethel Park police I fairness, regular girl who cuts my hair wasnt there and she would NEVER have treated me like this and i am very curious as to if she is aware of this person and her track record. She gives me some of the best cuts i nhave ever gotten, my firnds always tells me this

I went to get my beard lined up and trimmed and the lady obviously never touched a beard in her life. It was uneven from left to right and one side was cut damn near to the bottom of my chin. Straight trash cut from here. I just got home and cut a year old beard off cause this place sucks so bad!

Caitlyn gave me the best haircut. She is super nice and very quick too. 10 min with a straight razor shave on the neck. Highly recommend when she's working.

Twice now I’ve showed up here at noon (12pm) on a Tuesday to get a hair cut. Both google and the sign on the door show they open at noon. I stood here for 15 mins both times and called three times with no answer. The first time (three weeks ago) I gave the benefit of the doubt and came back later in the afternoon; I was told the person who was supposed to open had an emergency. This time there are three of us waiting outside and we all left. I won’t be back again. Either update your hours online and on your sign accordingly or open when you say you will.

Found Top Tier Barber Shop after moving back to Pittsburgh and being a little OCD about my haircuts, 4 people have cut my hair in the last 20! So when I met Paige and she told me to stop in Bc I was looking for a good barber cut I was a little hesitant, however I shouldn’t have been! She kills it! Great cut, very laid back atmosphere, straight shave on the neck line…. Super easy and relaxed place KP has done it right!
