I went here Saturday night for the first time ever to wash a king sized comforter. The lady working that night was very friendly and helpful. She got me setup with the right machine. The washing took about 25 minutes. I stuffed the wet comforter in a dryer and went to Moes for tacos while it was drying. Was all done around the same time I got back.

I used to love this place when the owner was there. The past two experiences have been AWFUL. The first time the lady said she needed to leave early(1.5 hours) to where I didn't feel comfortable to DRY my clothing all the way. Tonight my mother accidentally dropped scent beads around 8pm The person running the place comes over gives her a discusted look and came and vacuumed the floor stating that they didn't want it to be crushed into the carpet(before we finished loading the washer). Also mopped the tile by those washers as if she wasnt shutting the place down. This was my final time trying this place. The person that came in tonight when we were leaving with our wet clothing (as we have a working dryer) ten minutes to 9pm with a SMALL LOAD of laundry said the lady running the store tapped her wrist stating they were closing soon. To the owner, we enjoyed YOUR presence in your establishment and that we hope you hire people that want to stay their entire shift as you would. I don't feel comfortable there any more.

I have been coming to this place every week for 6 months. Usually spend $25-$30. Usually the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Until today. I loaded 2 of the $5 washing machines and watched as they didn’t fill with water. I made the girl aware at the desk. She came over and had me move to 2 different machines. Then the same thing happened. I made her aware and said I will move my loads to the high capacity washers (hoping there would be water). At that point she began yelling at me and saying she would not be refunding my $10 in order to wash my clothes. She was rude, aggressive and absolutely wrong in the way she approached the situation. Due to her inability to act in a professional manner I will not be returning to that place. I am a quiet individual who has never had an unkind word for any of the staff. Absolutely atrocious behavior. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Staff seemed very nice but i wasn’t really hoping to come home with my dry cleaning and still have to do some of my own lint rolling. Maybe i’m not familiar with what dry cleaning is supposed to be but there was still a good bit of visible hair and a surface level stain that I was able to get out now with a rag. Definitely better than before though and it doesn’t smell bad or like chemicals
