Lori, Rhonda and Dr. McCann were top notch. Extremely thorough, I have some unique health problems with my eye. These were addressed. Picked up my new glasses the same day. At pick up they fit me and with some minor adjustments they are great!
The doctor was so kind, and the receptionist(s) were very patient and accommodating with my autism. My glasses were ready in less than a week. There's a great selection of budget options for eyeglasses, as well as plenty of designer eyewear. This place gave me my sight back. I bought glasses at the Bethel Park, PA location of Eyeglass World, and because I'm rough on my glasses, they eventually got very loose around the temple. I brought them in, and the staff fixed them, no questions asked, quite quickly and at no charge. Good service!
