My car was locked with the keys inside. I called the closest locksmith, 9 minutes from my location. Phone call was outsourced. Get a call from a second person they are 30 minutes away. 2nd person goes to wrong location because 1st person didn't clarify location. I ended up giving directions to someone who told me I would be charged for the service call and work, even if he couldn't find me. He found me over an hour after my initial call and charged me $240. Do not use this if you get locked out of your car. Pathetic all around
I had an appointment scheduled on March 11 at 4 PM no one ever showed up I made multiple calls that same day they told me someone would be there just as soon as they finished up on their last job. They never showed up at 6 o’clock I quit calling. I rushed home from work to make the appointment that’s not the way I do business
