This was my first visit with Dr. Trisha Domachowski, and I couldn’t be happier! She’s such a great doctor — kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood every detail. I was so impressed that she spent almost an hour with me as a new patient. The nurse and staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. I truly feel blessed to have found such a caring doctor and clinic. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

My PCP was Trisha Domachowski, As a new patient, who has only been here Once. I didn't like the really long rude letter she sent me on my UPMC portal online and the same letter in the mail. She clearly went out of her way to make sure I received it. Trying to lecture me like I'm a child about no call no shows. Threatening to terminate me from their practice if I do it again. No, you're fired!! I would understand if someone had a history of not showing up, but a new patient? Do you treat all your patients this way? We're grown adults you don't have to explain to me about no call no shows. We all understand how that works, and if I called to cancel someone else could of had my appointment quicker. I'm not 12, I'm almost 40, it's really not hard to understand. Obviously I was busy or fell asleep. Life and things tend to happen. They know I lost my Twin brother and I recently got my health insurance back, so yes I had all my appointments scheduled at once. They act like their office is super busy. I was able to get an appointment that same week. Apparently wasn't that busy, had all that time to send a really long rude letter.
Lecturing a new patient on such a simple concept is ridiculous.

The person I saw was very thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone was very pleasant and did not rush me. I finally found medical care where they will actually listen to you which is very important. I highly recommend this place for your health care.

I don’t know why this practice is rated so low on Google. I’ve had nothing but comprehensive, collaborative care from Dr. Perryman.

My doctor was great, but I learned she left after months of trying to get my prescription refilled and no communication from the office. Front office worker was extremely rude on the phone when I was asking for clarity. Gladly switching to Washington Health Network or following my doctor to wherever she went.

This may be the worst experience in my life of any kind of business or service. I usually dont leave reviews. The office completely got "sidetracked" from the issue I initially made my appointment for and finally, after 4 visits, they contacted the pharmacy to try and treat my issue but never informed me there was a prescription waiting. I happened to be picking up a different prescription and discovered I had two to pick up. After the 30 day supply was almost used, I had to call for a refill and 4 days later when I went to pick up they had never contacted the pharmacy to fill it and since their office closes at 3 I was stuck without the medicine unless I waited for an on call doctor to call back. Of course it took over an hour for that to happen so after a long day of work, long commute, and getting kids from daycare, we all had to wait at the pharmacy for the call and pickup. I could go on about all the other issues with this office but don't have any more patience left. Don't use this doctors office. (Update) Since leaving this review the office has been extremely uncooperative in forwarding my records and trying to keep me from seeing a different PCP.
