Multiple plumbing issues including leaky pipes. The clerical staff was responsive and professional. The plumber was excellent in diagnosing and fixing the problems. He was exceptional in explaining these problems to us. He arrived promptly and cleaned up all areas where he worked. He was professional and personable.
