APFitNow Training + Performance is an amazing and comfortable place with a great atmosphere. The trainer is professional, productive, and hardworking, creating a fun and comfortable environment. He listens to clients' needs, answers questions, and is not pushy. Clients feel a difference in strength, endurance, and body confidence within months, doing things they never thought possible. Workouts are effective, making it a great experience every time for everyone, including those new to cross training or weight training. It is a highly recommended alternative to big box gyms.

To the over 60 crowd: I had never set foot in a gym in my life, and chose this facility because of it’s relatively small size, ability to train one on one, and recommendations. My experience with Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training has been incredibly positive. The trainers are extremely skilled at coaching all levels of clients, with respect, patience, fun and encouragement. They work around physical limitations and are truly interested in helping folks achieve their fitness goals in a trusting and positive setting. I have found the other clients to be encouraging and friendly, and a camaraderie exists within this gym family. I’ve trained here for over a year and my opinion of this gym has not wavered. It has been a very good fit for me and quite a personal achievement. Thanks to Coaches Dan, Joey and Nik!
All of the trainers have been excellent in helping both of my children with their workouts. They make it where the kids choose to go and don’t feel forced to go. The environment is wonderful and the kids help each other keep on track! If you are looking for a great personal experience Become Better is the place to go!
