I'm so glad my coworker suggested this veterinary practice. They are efficient, courteous and genuinely care about both the animals in their care and the humans who bring them to the office. They always let you know the cost prior to performing the service/s, which is much appreciated. Our very nervous dog is handled very gently which is another positive aspect.
We are new to A Step Up with our 6yr old Yorkie Poo. When I called to see if they were accepting new patients, whomever answered the phone was so nice and answered my questions and was able to get me an appointment within a week. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice vet tech and taken to a room. She asked a few questions and within 5-8 minutes the doctor came in. He introduced himself to us and then immediately got down on the floor with our dog. To let her get familiar and be comfortable. A Step Up is an amazing veterinarian clinic! We took our kitty of 18 years to them for end of life services and they were compassionate and knowledgeable! The doctor and nurses were absolutely supportive and kind!! They even provided us with 2 cast paw prints with his name on them for my children to have! I highly recommend A Step Up for all pet care needs!
