My car was unfortunately totaled and had to be towed by Tommy's Main Line towing. However, dealing with them was a complete pleasure. I had to go to pick up my things from my car and I had kayak racks on top of my car that had to be removed. I was injured in the crash, and they graciously took the racks off for me. Rachel at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the unfortunate event, the aftermath was smooth and straightforward. I was grateful for their smiling faces.

These things always happen on the worst possible day. My son ran over a nail on his way to a doctor’s appointment, tire shot. I was totally unavailable to get to him, work day from hell…spoke to Rachel who was as helpful as understanding as could be! Fast forward Tommy’s towing got to the car in no time flat, had the tire in stock AND the car was due for service and they were able to take of that while they had it! Was it super cheap? No. Was it fair? Absolutely. They even made sure I had all the paperwork and reminded me to check with my insurance to see if the tow is reimbursable. I hope I don’t need their services for awhile, but if I do, I’m so glad... read full review

Driving to work for my night shift at the hospital on a Saturday night- I got a flat tire from a HUGE pothole on 363. I randomly called local tow services in distress. I called Tommy's and at first they said they were too far away from my location. I then called another place.. but the earliest I could get a flat tire changed was over an hour, which was not good. I was crying. Tommy called me back and said his son is close by, which was, I think, divine intervention. Luckily, both of his sons came pretty quickly, now at 11pm- and changed my tire. They were nice young men, very polite and respectful. They were outstanding. I'd totally use this company again!... read full review
