What happened to this place, used to be great. I keeps getting worse because they hire unqualified people for jobs. I went in for my yearly physical with my wife. A few weeks later I get a bill for a copay for me but not for my wife. My yearly checkup has a zero deductible. After making several phone calls and a day where their system was down I finally get a hold of someone and I got zero answers to why I was billed when it supposed to be $0. Obviously someone didn’t bill the insurance properly and they refuse to take responsibility for their incompetent employee not billing the insurance properly.

I was in for my routine blood work, ordered by my Doctor downtown. I have been coming here to the lab at PennMed Valley Forge for about 15 months and I have to say it is the best lab I've ever used, and I've used many. The staff is friendly and professional, I am always taken on time, the phlebotomist gets the needle in easily, and the lab results are posted to MyChart very quickly. Parking is so easy and even the security staff are pleasant in the early morning, as you enter the building.

I've been coming here for years for their family medicine department. Today I met Dr. Candace Nguyen who is new to the practice. She is phenomenal. She treated me with respect and empathy. I know I'm in good hands with her and everyone that works here.
