I am a new patient at this practice. I had an appointment with Dr. Suzanne Smith, O.D. on Weds. Nov 20. I received excellent care. Dr Smith was extremely thorough, knowlegable and patient. She clearly explained every step of the exam and subsequent diagnosis. The office staff and techs were also top-notch - very skilled at their jobs and very accommodating and friendly. I will continue to use Focus Eye Group and Dr. Smith because of the excellent care I received.

Quiet, calm environment. Pleasant check-in and check-out experience.I would recommend an easier to read sign out front, larger too, with the word EYES in the largest letters possible. It's difficult to find the correct entrance due in part to all the other signs of the same size.Mary, in optometry dept., was very nice to deal with in choosing new frames.
