These guys will never return your phone call. Went through an appraisal process which lasted two years. No communication at all. Have called 8 times in the last 3 weeks. No response. Now it's a dead line. Caution is advised.

I do not recommend roof Masters USA for several reasons:
They take your payment to start the job, gives you a date and even Deliver some Materials but never start the job that they were paid for.
They replaced my roof due to hail damage, shingles were already lifting. The skylight was included in the claim, and Al confirmed it was included. He stated that he was going to check with Tom and would stop by the following week to do. Never heard from him and it has been over 2 months.
They are rip offs, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our recent roof replacement due to storm damage was expertly & professionally completed. The crew took extra time to ensure all repairs & replacements were installed properly. Great job by Vlad and his crew!!!!

This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.
If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.
Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.

Jacob Lantry was awesome to work with. He was more than willing to do a small job for my husband and I without hesitation. He is very personable and friendly and he explained exactly what needed to be done for our chimney repair. He showed pictures of the completed work and we were very satisfied with everything! USA Roof Masters did a great job on our roof. There were a couple of small issues during the process, but they responded quickly and handled everything professionally. The crew was on time, respectful, and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

We were approached to replace our roof after a large hail storm hit our neighborhood and their sales team went door to door explaining that a new roof would be covered via our insurance, like everything in life nothing is for free. We started this process in early October 2024. Initially the service was great however the first major storm after the roof we had a major leak in one of our skylights. It was determined that it was never sealed. A month or so later the team sealed the skylight and said a Carpenter would be back to repair the inside damage. That took another two months. During this time period we noticed a hairline crack in the other new skylight around Dec. it is now mid July and we have called multiple times for a replacement, we either do not get a response or are told someone will be in touch. It’s been 8 months and we still have a crack in our skylight and have no responses. To make matters worse we have a new crack in our ceiling that was not there before we had the roof replaced. The customer service and work from this company has been utterly disappointing and if I could do it over again I would have kept the old “damaged” roof vs going through this process again.
